Protecting your privacy is really important to WhatsWeb. Thanks for using the dual chat messenger service provided by WhatsWeb. Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the following policy. When you use the service provided by WhatsWeb, you agree to have read and accepted all privacy policy; otherwise, please do not use the product.
We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information we receive from users of our application for mobile devices and tablet computers (the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through the App and site.
How do we collect and use information?
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Apps, Site and related services (collectively, the “Services”). WhatsWeb may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way.

These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory. This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. Information Related to Use of the Services

Log Data may include information such as a Userʼs Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type, operating system, the links and advertisements on our services that a User clicked on, the amount of time you interact with the services and other statistics. We use this information to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) this information to improve and enhance the services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Usersʼ needs and preferences. We also use the IP Address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.
Mobile Device Information
When you access the services via a mobile device, we will collect information related to the mobile device such as the serial number or MAC address and the open UDID of the device. We may use this information to improve and personalize our services for you.
Advertising & Third Party Products and Services
The services are supported via advertising, and we collect certain data to help the services serve ads. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the services, including the unique identification ID of your mobile device. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties canʼt identify you personally.

Our services may contain links to other websites and services. Any information that you provide on or to a third-party website or service is provided directly to the owner of the website or service and is subject to that party’s privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to such websites or services and we are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices and policies of those websites or services. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of other websites and services that you access.

Attachment 1 Explanation of "WhatsWeb" Permission Application and Usage
1. In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of "Whats Web Plus", we will apply for or use the relevant permissions of the operating system according to the actual business scenario;
2. In order to protect your right to know, we display the relevant operating system permissions that the product may apply for and use through the following list, and you can manage the relevant permissions according to your actual needs;
3. According to product upgrades, the types and purposes of application and use rights will change according to product functions, and we will adjust the list according to these changes in a timely manner to ensure that you are informed of the application and use of rights in a timely manner;
4. Please be aware that for the functional and security needs of our business and products, we will consider using third-party SDKs based on actual business scenarios, and these third parties will also apply for or use relevant operating system permissions;
5. In the process of using the product, if you use the H5 interface or applet developed by a third party, the plug-in or applet developed by these third parties will apply for or use the relevant operating system permissions according to the actual business function needs.

Attachment 2 "WhatsWeb" accesses the third-party SDK directory
In order to ensure the realization of the relevant functions of "WhatsWeb" and the safe and stable operation of the application, we will access the software development kit (SDK) provided by a third party to achieve related purposes according to the needs of actual business scenarios.
We will conduct strict security monitoring on the software tool development kits (SDKs) used by partners to obtain information to protect data security.
The relevant third-party SDKs we access to are listed in the catalog.
Please note that the third-party SDK may change the data processing type due to its version upgrade, policy adjustment, etc., please refer to the official description of its formula.
Umeng SDK
Purpose of use: to provide statistical analysis services and basic anti-cheating capabilities
Get information: device MAC address, unique device identifier (IMEI/OPENUDID/GUID), advertising identifier, SIM card IMSI information, network status, WiFi status, WiFi MAC address
